Stay Informed About New Laws and Regulations Affecting Sector Companies

The Chamber of Information Technology & Telecommunications is developing initiatives to enhance awareness of relevant legislation and strengthen adherence to the government's regulatory framework governing the ICT sector. We engage with government entities to defend industry interests and address challenges facing the ICT sector. Our efforts aim to support corporate interests concerning legislation and laws regulating the sector and to improve the regulatory environment for Egyptian ICT companies.

The main activities and initiatives

• Induction meetings with the most important laws relating to the sector:
  The CIT offers induction meetings on IT laws and their impact on the business sector and works to provide the foundations and rules that companies must comply with through regulatory frameworks and IT laws, legal compliance with cybercrime, and protection of personal data.
